Finally, agencies in the US are getting together to tell clients they have balls too. Much has been written about Procurement Departments from the client side negotiating real hard on monies with the winning agency after pitch is over. Now, these agencies have come together to put up stiff resistance to such practices. Ever heard of agencies proposing to send RFPs to clients?
